Double room available in homely three bed house!

We are looking for a nice female/male to join our house! There is myself (Ashley,23), Nicolas (26). I work as a nurse, Nicolas works as a builder. Due to our recent friend moving out to move back home we are looking for someone nice to join us We all get on well and are hoping to find a new friend not just a housemate.
The room available has a double bed and memory foam mattress. The room also comes with a lamp, mirror, double wardrobe. There is a front garden and back yard. The living room has a 40 inch television-free for anyone to use. The room comes fitted with a lock. The bathroom has both a shower and bath. The house is more of a home than anything! The house is literally kitted out with everything you need but feel free to bring things of your own. The room costs £400 per month everything included.
The house is down the road from Aldi and only four minutes to a Tesco extra. There are takeaways, pharmacies, beauticians and a convenience store down the road. Parking is available outside the property and we have never had any problems. The bus stop is also right outside the house.
We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible.
Also I wont be asking for a deposit.. apart from £200.00 to secure the room which will be knocked of your rent :)
Unfortunately the room is only available until the beginning of April as I am moving away! It would be a perfect room for someone half way between moving into a more permanent home etc.
