The nearest tram stop (Cornbrook - Zone 1 & 2) is only 8 mins walk away. Supermarkets and Shops are also very close by.

I currently have a Male professional tenant living in the property who is wanting to live with someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and willing to share the responsibility for the shared spaces equally.

The room is a large double with a shared bathroom and comes fully furnished (Double Bed, Wardrobe, Drawers, Bedside Table & Mirror). The flat itself has a large shared kitchen living area with loads of cupboard / work space, all the kitchen utensils needed for 2 people, a large fridge freezer and a very comfy leather sofa & chair

There is a separate utility cupboard with a washer / dryer machine; this helps with the noise and storage for any extra bits and bobs. The shared bathroom has a pretty standard bath (with shower) sink and toilet.
