Pet Friendly House

Hello,

I’m looking to add another roommate to share this wonderful, spacious home in
a lovely part of Salford, Manchester.

My other roommate is Thelma. She is from Nicaragua but grew up in Spain. She has two little dogs and a small cat so we'd ideally like someone who is either a dog/cat lover or someone struggling to find a home because they have pets.

Please note, we can not except anyone who has cats, as Thelma's cat is super entitled and will not live with another cat. Dogs are fine though...

Our home is on a quiet street close to all amenities/shops/supermarkets and very close to Salford Royal Hospital and Salford University. It is close to all major motorways and only a minute walk to the bus stop with quick routes into Manchester city centre and Media City Salford.

We have everything you may need from a modern house. The comfortable lounge has 4K ultra TV, and the house has Brsk 2000 ultrafast wireless broadband.

The kitchen is decked out with utensils and gadgets any budding chef needs and comes with a double fridge, gas hob, electric cooker, air fryer and microwave.

The bathroom is nice and clean with a spacious shower, and we have a downstairs loo and a basement for storage.

Your room is a newly decorated and carpeted large sized double with a brand new comfy double bed and mattress. It comes with a double wardrobe and a large chest of draws and a bedside cabinet and a desk with a swival chair. The room has its own flat screen 4k freeview TV with a fire stick loaded with all the latest films and tv shows.


This is a wonderful shared home with no bills to pay, no deposit, no need for references, and pets are welcome.
