Hey, I am a web developer working in Spinningfields 9-5. Looking for a female flatmate between 21 and 30 years old who is clean, friendly and social and works the same kind of hours as me and also likes to go out sometimes for food, a film etc. I enjoy socialising, going out at the weekends but also like to chill, go to the gym, cook and shopping!

The flat is a 5 min walk to local amenities (Sainsbury's, Regents Park), a 10 min walk to Salford Central and 15 min walk to the City Centre.

It is a very clean and tidy flat, with all mod cons, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. The large living room has a comfy sofa and a large TV, with a dining table at the back.

The room available consists of a double bed with mattress and wardrobe. ALL the bills are included (with 52mb BT infinity broadband) in the rent price.
