We are moving into a brand new 3 bedroom apartment in the Castlefield area and looking for a third flatmate. The move in date is 3rd May 2017.

The flat is fully furnished with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 shared bathroom). The building also has a free cinema room and a gym is due to be completed in the summer.

The rent per month is £407 plus bills (electric, water and internet) which are roughly £60 per month. Council tax is £35-40 per month.

The deposit is £466 and the agency/referencing fees are £180.

We're both currently flatmates in Manchester, 25 & 28, I work in Altrincham 9-5 and Geth is a student at Salford Uni. We're both easy going and into football and sport, going out on weekends and we're looking for someone similar, a mate, not just somebody that we live with.
