Double room in central, modern flat

We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3 bed flat. The flat is located in the new Wilburn Basin complex, just a 10 minute walk from Deansgate and Spinningfields with a large Sainsbury’s supermarket and retail park just next door.

A bit about the current flatmates - we are two young professional females looking for a third flatmate that wants somewhere to make a home and not just a flatshare. We're chilled out and easy going, looking for someone with a similar mindset that isn't going to be partying all the time!

Our flat is situated on the 3rd floor and has a juliette balcony in the spacious front room/kitchen area. The complex also features a 24/7 concierge, an onsite gym and large cinema room both free to use.

Rent is £422 per month with bills around £120, bringing the total monthly cost no more than £550 per month.

The deposit includes all admin and referencing fees that will need to be completed with our property manager.
Parking is not included with the flat, but a car parking space can be rented from the hotel next door.
