A brand new fully furnished double bedroom with your own bathroom. The apartment is a large 2 bedroom situated on the 4th floor of Block C in the recently completed Wilburn Basin development.

Bit about me:

Hey everyone! I'm Max, am 21 and am a self-employed professional living and working in Manchester/Salford. I've got a spare room to let out as one of my friends had to drop out at the last minute, so here I am! I'm pretty easy going, enjoy going out/socialising and want to share this great apartment with a new flatmate!

The Complex:

The Wilburn Basin development is a very secure gated community which features 24/7 concierge and security, CCTV, key fob entry in and out of the development and blocks, a private cinema room, a 24/7 private gym, 3 private office suites, secure underground bicycle storage, communal cleaning and a communal courtyard with amazing city views.

Location:

The apartment is located in Salford (on border of Salford/Manchester city boundaries) on the river Irwell adjacent to Castlefield. The Beetham Tower is just a 10 min walk away, with bars & pubs in Castlefield being a 5 min walk away.

Transport:

The nearest Metrolink stop is Deansgate-Castlefield (a 10 min walk away), with a bus stop just outside the complex, a bicycle path starting from the complex (going straight into town) and even a water-taxi "Waxi" stop at the complex itself! Also, Deansgate and Salford Central train stations are both a 10 min walk away.

Ammenities:

The Regent Retail Park is situated next to Wilburn Basin, and includes a large Sainsburys, Office Outlet, JD Sports, JD Sports Gym, Boots, Maplin, Deichmann, Sports Direct, Pound Stretcher, Home Bargains, Argos and TK Maxx. There is also a KFC, McDonalds (24/7), Casino and Hotel (including a bar and restaurant) next door making for very convinient living. This is in addittion to having the entire city centre at your doorstep!
