We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our three bed flat in Wilburn Basin, as our current flatmate is moving out. The room is a double, fully furnished, and available from May. We've been living here for a year and it was brand new when we moved in.

There's a large bathroom, including bath and shower, shared with one other. We also have a utility room with a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

Great location within walking distance to the City Centre. Close to Castlefield and Spinningfields. The building has a free gym, cinema room, and 24hr concierge. Regent retail park is next door, with a big Sainsbury's and various other shops. Walking distance to Cornbrook and Deansgate tram stops. Deposit is one months rent

About us... we are two young professionals, 23 and 24, working 9-5 in the city centre. During the week we tend to relax and watch TV in the evenings, and enjoy going out for drinks at the weekend.

Ideally we're looking for someone who will spend time getting to know us, and become a friend rather than just a flatmate.
