This is a great flat close to the city centre, 5-10 minutes walk to Cornbrook tram stop, 5 minute walk to the big Sainsbury's and 20 minutes walk into town. Salford Quays is around a 15 minute walk away. 5 minute walk to Castlefield. Road access is great too, with the M602 a 5 minute drive away. It's one of the best locations for getting in and out of Manchester easily!
I have the en-suite so the main bathroom (toilet, hand basin, shower over bath) is all yours except for the odd guest etc. The kitchen-living room is a good size and leads out onto a nice south-facing patio so you get the sun (when you can see it in Manchester!).
The bedroom itself is fully furnished including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. It's usually nice and quiet here in the evenings but the building has a mix of people so music and parties on a weekend are fine. One of the things which sets this block apart from the rest is the large communal garden, where people often have barbecues etc in summer.
Equipment wise, it comes with an integrated oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV and washer / dryer. There's more than enough kitchen cupboard space for two people.
About myself as a flatmate, I like to keep things clean and tidy, but not over the top. In my free time I enjoy music, guitar, film, TV series, socialising, reading, history, current affairs, documentaries, beer, football and cooking.
If you wouldn't mind the occasional trip to the pub or pub quiz that would be great.
