Buddy up in Manchester City Centre

Hey!!

The flat is available from the end of May and is about 10-15 mins walk from Spinningfields and Deansgate with lovely views of the River Irwell from the balcony (what more do you want in life eh?).

The flat is fully furnished and you’ll have the big bathroom to yourself. There is also a 24 hour concierge (for those parcels that only seem to arrive when you're at work) a gym and cinema room onsite!

I am looking for someone socialable, tidy and to be honest just down to earth. I work during the week and would like someone who does somewhat similar hours (good ole 9-5) as It would be nice to meet a potential friend. :)
