Bus stop is within 2 minutes walk from the property. Manchester City center is 40 mins walk and 15 mins by bus. I’d like to give out the space to a female who is vegetarian / vegan (preferred) and doesn’t smoke or drink ( in the house). Professional female only.
Discussion for couples can be done. Rent: £800 pcm with a deposit of £1000
Note: A request to eat dinner in the house together even if it’s prepped separately. I am trying to inculcate a culture which has been lost.
Notice period is 1 months.
No relatives/friends are allowed to accompany the tenant at anytime in the house (extra charges apply for visiting and staying over, not more than 2 days if needed).
Bedroom necessities included: pillows and 1 quilt, hangers.
