The house is 20 mins walk from Salford university and Salford shopping centre with a bus stop at doorstep. Manchester City center is 40 mins walk and 15 mins by bus. I’d like to give out the space to a female who is vegetarian / vegan (preferred) and doesn’t smoke or drink ( in the house ). Professional females preferred, no students/part time students.
