I'm happy to rent 2 double bedrooms in my newly refurbished 3-bedroom house. It's available from 1 January.
The price for short-term Plab medics is £26/night for 1 person or £36/night for 2 people.
I'm also looking for a long-term tenant with at least a 6-month contract, at £20/night for one person.
The house is conveniently positioned for all transport links and amenities: supermarkets, takeaways, gym, post office, pharmacy, doctors, etc.
Samson Academy at St James House is only a pleasant 10-minute walk.
Virgin media broadband + Council tax + Utilities are all included in the rent. Bedlinen provided.

Requirements

Short-term tenants: I'll ask you to provide references, or your Plab2 booking copy and photos of your passport and visa.

Long-term tenants will need:
- Proof of income (bank statements or payslips, employer reference or employment contract, student loans)
- Proof of your right to rent.
- Full background check via legal portal Vorensys - you must pass employment confirmation, references, credit check, proof of income and affordability.
- Proof of criminal record check / basic DBS
- Character references
- To verify your SpareRoom account before viewing.
