2 bed house - salford

unfortunately both myself and my friend have had a change in circumstances, meaning we have to let our house go. it is a 2 bed house, with a family sized bathroom. its a 10 minute walk on a bad day to the university of Salford, and only a couple of more minutes to Salford crescent railway station to take you to other universities. it has a drive and a patio out the back, and 2 double sized bedrooms that are furnished. it has a full kitchen and living room, also furnished. the area it is situated is waterside village, which also has a gated entrance. rent is 157 a week, with the bill not included, however you can choose your own provider and can get some really cheap energy bills. Wi-Fi is included. the term is 50 weeks, like most of the student housing. we are looking for 2 people to take over the tenancy. For students ONLY.
