A double room in a refurbished two-bedroom house has just become available to rent.
The room is fully equipped, including a comfortable double bed, and the kitchen with all the necessary appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, air-fryer, electric hobs, fridge and washing machine). You’ll have access to your private bedroom, the shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The house is conveniently positioned for all transport links and amenities: supermarkets, takeaways, gym, post office, pharmacy, doctors, etc. The bus stop (to Manchester) is a 3-minute walk.
Samson Academy at St James House is only a pleasant 10-minute walk.
Virgin Media broadband, Council tax, and Utilities are all included in the rent.
Rent is £175/week for one person, and £154/week/person in case of 2 guests (couple or friends).
Please note: The rate is based on stays of 1 month or more. For shorter stays, just message me to discuss options.
You'll be staying in my home, so please treat it with care and respect. Please don’t bring strangers into the property without asking me first. I am a live-in landlady, looking to share my home with polite, friendly, non-smoking and clean professionals. I hope we can mutually respect each other’s privacy and space and maintain a tidy, quiet and comfortable living place.
