COMMUTING: a six minute walk through quiet, well maintained and well lit neighbourhoods connects you to regular buses to Salford University (9 mins) City Centre (22 mins), Media City (11 mins). The hospital is 0.8 miles away and is almost as quick to walk to as use public transport

AMENITIES: Apart from the easy access to the best of the city, this flat was chosen because the area was quieter and safer than most others we saw. (i. e. mainly families and professionals who take care of their properties and neighbourhood etc.) There are one of two local pubs but they are 0.7 miles away and not much to shout about.
PARKS: For recreation there is Buile Hill park and (even better, and even closer) Light Oaks Park which has good exercise facilities and good places relax. Also a good TENNIS CLUB is just round the corner too.

SHOPS: Sainsbury and Aldi supermarkets with 0.9 and 0.7 miles. Nearest corner shops/takeaways next to the hospital 0.8 miles away.

CHURCHES: 8 churches of almost every major denomination within a mile radius. Anglicans, Elim Pentecostal church within 0.6 miles, some others even closer. 2 Roman Catholic and one Evangelical, one International church.
