Media City Furnished Double Room With Onsuite

A very good size double room with an en suite available in the NV building, media city.

I (the current tennant) am looking for somebody to take the room left by the current flatmate who will be moving out on the 22nd of May.

Rent is 525 with no bills included so the total living usually come to around 650-700 depening on the time of year.

A little about me, I'm a 25 year old software engineer working at the BBC, my social life can be equated to what you would expect from a 25 year old software engineer.

I'm looking ideally for a professional, somebody likely to occupy the propery for a good period of time, as a result it would be quite important that we get on fairly well. Otherwise being clean and tidy and respectful of the shared space are the only requirments I have.

In regards to parking, the add specifies no parking but this isn't really true. We have access to some shared parking spaces which are free and usually available but certainly cannot be considered permanent, it's nice to have though.
