Hello, I have a double room to rent in a beautiful two bed apartment in Salford Quays. It's available from Friday 15th December and would be ideal for someone looking to stay for UP TO three months.

I'm happy to flatshare with either one person or a couple.

The apartment is part of a new-build, located right by two different tram stops (Exchange Quay and the new Wharfside stop). It's perfect for anyone working at MediaCityUK, as it's 20 minutes walk away, 7 minutes by bicycle or 5 minutes on the tram. It's also ideal for those who need easy access to Manchester city centre, with Piccadilly just 20 minutes away on the tram.

The property comes fully furnished, with Virgin internet and use of the building's gym. The rent is payable per calendar month (£911.34 in total) and INCLUDES ALL BILLS.

There is a residents lounge/co-working space. I can only describe the lounge as a cross between a cafe and a university library. It has tea-making facilities, a pool table, a large dining room you can rent out for dinner parties, a meeting room and cinema room that are both bookable.

Basically this is a quality apartment building for people who want to come home and relax, rather than party all night. I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, someone who is friendly and is *equally* happy to catch up and watch a film, or just do their own thing.
