I have a gorgeous double room available to rent from April 2020 in a 2 bedroom duplex apartment in Salford Quays.

My current flatmate will be moving in with her boyfriend at the end of our tenancy which means I am looking for someone to take her place!

It is a 10 minute walk into MediaCity so perfect for anyone who works here like myself! It's also a 1 minute walk to Salford Quays tram stop with direct links into Manchester (takes 20mins), a 2 minute walk to Tesco express and is situated close to the bars, the cinema and Lowry Outlet.

There is a private gated car park.

Shared living area and dining room with a very spacious kitchen including plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven.

Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws all included.

You will have sole use of the main bathroom with shower/bath as the other room is ensuite.

There is also another toilet and sink downstairs.

Rent is £475 a month and bills (including council tax, electric, water and internet) come to around £160 each a month.
