Looking for a professional or mature student to take the master room in this 2 bed flat. Rent is 595pcm excluding bills. I have the other room, and I currently work Mon-fri. I'm 24, interested in football, cooking, music, poker, and rock climbing. I'm looking for someone fairly clean and tidy, who's happy to have a drink now and again but also happy to have their own space particularly through the week. Flat is really nice with views over old trafford, and views as far as the hills in the distance.

Flat has hyperoptic, and also includes access to gym, cinema room, and communal kitchen on the groundfloor of the tower.
