Flatshare Near Media City

A first-floor flatshare in Salford Quays, right next to the Lowry outlet and no more than 5 minutes walk from Media City.

Both my current flatmates are in the process of moving out as they no longer need to be close to their workplace (thanks to Covid). So I'm looking for one or two people to move into the flat as soon as possible.

The flat is three bedrooms - one is smaller and cheaper (however, it will need furnishing with a bed) and the master has an en-suite. Ill be taking the third room. If you are interested but wanted a flat with a study/workspace/spare room then I would also be open to splitting the flat 50/50 and just sharing the extra room (£450 each). Might be good when so many of us are working from home.

The flat has a balcony, garage and good sized living room. It was technically let unfurnished but the flat is now sorted with basic furnishings such as beds and tables.

I am currently a masters student at Salford University and I work at Common in the Northern Quarter (remember bars?). I'm generally easy going, I'm happy to be social from time to time but I do appreciate my own space and tend to keep myself pretty busy with projects etc. Not particularly a big night out person (even when that was a thing) but always up for going to the pub or whatever! Other than that I enjoy making films and music, taking photos and trying to stay mildly fit in lockdown.
