One bedroom apartment for rent in Media City.

Available long term, minimum 6 months from mid August. Cash only.

The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen/lounge and a balcony.

It's fully furnished with the kitchen fully equipped.

Bills are not included EXCEPT from internet. The internet contract runs out in 12 months. After that, it will be the tentant's responsibility to find a new internet provider.

I've recently moved out but I love my apartment and I've spent a lot of time making it pretty and cosy so I am after someone that will take care of it.

PS the bathroon tiles need regrouting, which will be done before the new tentant moves in.
