Looking for new flatmate

Media City - Great location, flat share in 5th floor apartment with balcony and water views. I usually work from home between 8:45am til 5:30pm but also work from the office occasionally. I’m usually producing music when not working (with headphones) I’m pretty easy going so hoping to share with a like minded person. It’s a gated, really safe community with 24 hour concierge, a parking space can be rented for roughly £80 per month (depending on who's renting the space) or free parking 5 mins walk away.
