A bit about the apartment:
The apartment is a new build with a balcony, the square in which the apartment is located has 24/7 security, there is a coffee machine, gym, communal/lounge area on the ground floor as well as a meeting room that's open to all tenants. There is also a 24hr concierge who can accept parcels for you.

The MediaCity tram stop is a 1-minute walk away but if you drive, but there is a car park building next door at a discounted rate if you're a tenant and off-street parking nearby is available. The property is furnished, with an open plan living/kitchen area, all appliances included (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc). It also has a small storage area in the boiler cupboard. You'll have a bedroom with an ensuite and enough space to fit a desk. The flat is available now until the 25th of April with an option to take over the tenancy as I would be moving out.

A bit about me:
I moved to Manchester June 2020 from London but I will be moving back to London on the 25th of April for work. I'm a self employed electrician as well as an e-commerce manager. In my spare time I like to explore the city, going to restaurants and bars. I'm into sports so I enjoy watching football and basketball games, I also enjoy going out for walks around the quays. I'm a chilled-out person, tidy, and respectful of privacy.
