I’m moving out of my lovely room in Salford quays as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. The room available is a double bedroom with a walk in style wardrobe and it’s own bathroom in a 2 bed flat.

The flat is modern, and fully furnished, and the building comes with loads of amazing perks including an in house gym (which includes an in house PT on a Tuesday!), Lobby working area and free coffee machine, garden terrace, concierge and a fab team of staff willing to help with anything you could ever need!
The building also puts on loads of events such as wine tasting nights, random acts of kindness such as donut drop offs and social events throughout the year!

My housemate is looking for a fun but relaxed housemate who is up for being friends as well as housemates! Eating food, drinking wine and watching trash tv!

There’s bars and restaurants nearby which are great for dinner and cocktails, and the quays are bustling in the summer for sunbathing and bevs! We’re also just a short tram ride from the centre of town. The tram stop is right outside the flat.

Rent is £542.50 inc internet, with bills around £140 a month max
Parking is available for an extra charge- but you can park down a side street 2 minutes away from the flat for free so super easy!
