New flat mate wanted!

Hello!
Sadly my current flat mate is moving out so I have a spare double room available:
It’s located in Media City, a 19th floor apartment with a spacious living area (and great views). It’s about £600 including all bills, council tax, electricity, broadband etc.

Ideally I’d be looking for a female flat mate who’s social, likes to chill with a glass of wine and Netflix but also enjoys going out!

There is a free gym, cinema room and large kitchen/balcony area that you can use whenever you want! There is also a tram stop and a Sainsbury's local directly underneath the building, there is also a parking wait list you can join if you’re in need of a parking space.
