Double room available in a lovely second-floor flat in Salford Quays (rent £360 pcm, bills about £85 on top of that). We have a kitchen, bathroom, living room and (the best bit) a balcony over the Quays - the bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The other two flatmates are working professionals with a wide range of interests - clean, tidy and respectful. We are situated five minutes from multiple tram stops, which take you into Manchester City Centre in 15 minutes - we also have two parking spaces available. The Quays is a beautiful, peaceful area with great shops, bars, restaurants, a cinema and a theatre.
