Double Room in beautiful MCUK flat (Bills Inc.)

Looking for a fun, tidy, respectful female to move into my spare double room from 1st June.

The contract will be initially for 3 months, with the option to roll on a monthly basis. This gives us both the opportunity to get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit!

Room includes ensuite w/ shower and is furnished with double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Rent inc. all bills and access to every streaming service you could possibly think of (binge-watching encouraged!)

The area is clean and safe and in a great location. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, tram stops, gym (with pool), theatre and cinema all within 1-5 minutes walk of apartment and a 25min tram ride into town. It’s a lovely community with loads of free activities to do inc. sunrise yoga, running club & cute makers market once a month.

Car park costs £171pm last time I checked. There is free parking a short walk away but restrictions apply.

The apartment itself is beautiful; always smells amazing and is super cosy, clean, well organised and free of clutter so it’s essential my new housemate is the house proud type and used to keeping a (very) tidy home.

About me: I WFH 9-5, Mon-Fri in finance. I attend the office occasionally but ideally you’ll work full time out of the house due to space constraints/data protection reasons. However, open for discussion if you’re the right candidate or are comfortable working in local co-working space- there are LOADS in the area!

I’m definitely a morning person and I LOVE summer, you’ll be moving in when I’m my happiest self🤣✨I’m always at the gym and love keeping fit, but equally like to frequent the local beer gardens & patios on sunny weekends if you’re up for it☀️🥂

I’m a bubbly extrovert and I’m very open and direct, so would work well with someone who’s similar; confident and comfortable with a good level of communication.


Although I love socialising, my home is a safe, peaceful space to relax and unwind and I do very little entertaining here so will need someone who would be respectful of that and is happy with that vibe. ✌🏼

For safety and personal reasons, having men come & go is against the rules - so if you are dating, please bear in mind you’ll be expected to go to their house and not here (non-negotiable).


The apartment is no smoking but I vape in the house so happy for my new roomie to do so as well.
