My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a replacement tenant.

The flat is located right by Salford quays tram stop, by the water.

The room becoming available is the ensuite (with the yellow suitcases in the pic), a car park space is also available.

I enjoy going out for food /drinks, and I also like chill nights in. I'm also tidy and respectful.

Rent is £675 per month, bills are approx £150

The room is available from 25/05/24, although my flatmate has said he will likely move out from 11/05/24 as his new contract begins then. The lettings agent has advised that I need to submit the details of the new tenant by 24/04/24 to complete reference checks in time. If this interests you please drop me a message :)
