Salford Quays Flat Start of February

Current flat mate is moving out and ideally looking to remain in this flat having moved multiple times in the last couple of years for work!

Looking for someone to move in at the start of February.

I work full time in football and travel around a lot of the week and when in Manchester am hybrid between working from home and in the office. Easy going person who is respectful of other's space and looking for similar.

Double bedroom with large wardrobe space and own bathroom in a good sized flat with good location right opposite a tram stop that goes directly into the city centre and Piccadilly Station.

Parking isn't available directly within the building at present but currently use the hotel next door and is a waiting list with the building that can be put on too. The complex also has a gym, communal area and concierge all included in the price.

Council Tax Band C. Not exactly sure on deposit but won't be more than stated, bills come to just over £150 on top of the rent as it stands.
