Im moving in with my girlfriend and out of this cosy flat that ive been in for nearly 4 years now. Its been the home of some great times with even greater friends, sadly I'm moving on as we're moving into our new home in November, so im looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of this contract that ends in April. I believe my current house mates are planning to stay so you can easily renew with them 😁
There's one room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in Exchange Quay - if you need some more info/pics, let me know
There's a metrolink across the road from us, which is a 10 minute ride into town.
We have a free gym, cinema room, various meeting rooms and a large communal space plus FREE WIFI!
Plenty of shops in the area and a COOP, cafe, bar, restaurant & barbershop attached to our building.
I need to move fast as id like to move into our new home in November. Please let me know if you're interested ASAP!
