Double room Media City

Hey!

We're Katie & Shara and are sad to say our house mate is shortly moving to Aus and we are looking for someone to take over her room for a 6 month tenancy (with an option to extend) We would love to find a single girl similar to us to be our new bestie!

We would be looking for someone to take over the tenancy around end of April/ start of May.

The room is a double room, there is a large kitchen/dining/living area that we all share. & a bathroom with a bath/shower that you would share with just one of us.

You won't need any furniture for the shared spaces, just for your own bedroom. As you can see in the pics there is a built in wardrobe & room for drawers and a desk etc.

The flat has a large balcony with gorgeous views of Manchester and we catch both sunrise and sunset!

The rent is currently £534 each, with the bills adding roughly £150.

There is no parking available with the flat, however there is a free street 5 ish minutes walk away that we both park on.

About us;

We both work full time Monday-Friday, and work from home 1-2 days per week - would be ideal if you were in a similar situation.

We are pretty chilled during the week & are into our fitness but then weekends we like to be out with friends, drinking and eating! We love a good cocktail and to be out in Spinningfields.

We both are tidy, clean and respect each others space and its important that we have someone the same.

We want to make sure we are making the right decision (for us and you!) so would really like to meet with you a few times before to see if it works - we can grab a drink or something :)
