Double room available in great location on Salford Quays - Clippers Quay.
Room availability will be mid-late November 2025 - TBC dependant on applicant moving availability. Current flatmate is hoping to move by late Nov, but is negotiable.
We have a vacancy coming up in our 3 bed flat, in which 2 of us will be staying put for the next 12 months (at least). The flat is located in the Clippers Quay development, which is a short walk to Media City, and located between two tram stops for great City Centre access. The flat itself is has a balcony with views of Old Trafford football stadium and all along the waterside up toward Media City.
Current residents are both working professionals who work usual office hours Mon-Fri. We both work in a hybrid setting, but I am currently remote working 4 days per week so I have a spot in the corner of the living room/kitchen area where I work from. As for personal interests we are both fairly quiet on weekdays and generally just chilled if working, but then fairly active/out & about on weekends.
As for what we would be looking for in a flatmate - I think the main thing would just be similar sort of work pattern so as to not conflict with work schedules/social time. We aren't necessarily having parties here or being loud at unsociable times, but there will be the odd occasion where this might be the case and wouldn't want to disrupt anyone on different work days/patterns. On a personal side, we would ideally just like to find someone who is easy-going, polite, and friendly! We're both very chilled people and easy to get along with, but also respectful of each others boundaries.
If I've missed anything from above then happy to cover off on a viewing which can be arranged.

Flat Amenities: This building is relatively new and benefits from on-site amenities including cinema room, gym, communal workspace/social area with pool table, and a kitchen area which can be hired for events. All of which are included in the price of rent and can be hired out via a Grainger App.
Parking: There is onsite parking but the last time I enquired the waiting list for a space was around 6 months and the monthly cost was around £120 (TBC).
