Flat close to Media City with a nice sunset view

Hi, I’m Mota 👋

I’m a full-time professional working Monday–Friday in Altrincham, with 3 days in the office. I’m looking for someone to take over one of the rooms and help make this place feel like home.

Available from 10 August (earlier could be possible if needed).

The flat
● Double room – £425/month (available)
● Shared bathroom with me only
● The second bedroom is occupied by another tenant
●. the third room occupied by another flatmate (Johnny)

The flat is in a great location with the Metrolink literally under the building. Aldi, PureGym, McDonald’s, Home Bargains and The Range are all within a 5-minute walk.

● Around 10–15 minutes by tram to MediaCity
● Around 30 minutes to Manchester city centre

There’s one parking space for the flat, which I’m currently using, but there’s plenty of free on-street parking nearby.

A bit about us

I’m easy-going, respectful and tidy. I’ve lived in different cities and countries, so I get that everyone has different routines. The only thing that’s really important is being considerate and cleaning up after yourself. We all have lazy days that’s normal but generally we like to keep the place clean and comfortable.

I love travelling, hiking, camping, going to the gym, DJing at weekends and mostly in London as I used to live there and I do every now and then record mixes home for an hour max ( Might teach you if you interested 🤨), and cooking. We often cook at home and sometimes share meals together, so I’ve added a few photos of some of the food I’ve made 🍝🥘.
I also love house music. I go to the odd event or festival now and then, and if I’m just after a quick night out, Eastern Bloc in the Northern Quarter is usually my favourite spot. 🎶
I stopped drinking over a year ago, so home is generally pretty chilled. I still enjoy going out, just without alcohol. The other flatmate is a full-time professional too. He’ll soon be starting a new job where he’ll be away for around three weeks at a time and then home for one week. He does enjoy the occasional drink but isn’t a big party person either.
We’re looking for someone who’s professional, friendly, sociable and easy to live with. Someone who enjoys a laugh but isn’t bringing the after-party home every weekend. 😂

We normally do a deeper clean at the weekend (just a simple rota), and during the week it’s just a case of cleaning as you go so everyone enjoys coming home after work.
I’m currently travelling around Italy, Croatia and Montenegro, so I’ll be back after 20 July. Viewings can start after then.
