Currently looking for a female flatmate so I can share this beautiful apartment with!😁

The room advertised is a double bedroom fully furnished with:
- a double bed
- wardrobe
- drawers
Ps. Non Ensuite but you’d have sole use of the main bathroom as I’ll be taking the Ensuite double bedroom

We’d be sharing the living room and the kitchen, as well as the appliances available such as the washing machine.

There is an on-site gym, communal area and cinema room available on the premise
Bills are not included but we can sort out a cheap package! - council tax won’t be included if you’re a student.

About me:

I’m a mature 20 year old student and freelance model that is into anything that allows me to be creative such as fashion, painting, reading, music and so on! Bonus points if we have similar interests 💅🏽

I’m also very big on hygiene and would hope to share the flat with someone that shares the same values and can keep things clean, tidy and organised! 🫧

Although I’m very sociable and bubbly, I do value my own space, but I’m also down to do anything during my free time such as going on walks, to the gym ( if you’re into it), cooking or going out for meals ( hopefully you’re a food lover😂!) and also up for having a chat about everything and anything. I do love to have intellectual conversations🤓
But if you’re more reserved that’s also fine with me! 🫶🏽

I would love to share the flat with someone who is willing to build a friendship over time. I do not want to have any sort of tension with the person I’d be sharing a living space with. Communication and transparency!
