I am looking for someone to short let my 1bedroom apartment from 30 Sept 2023 evening - 31 Oct 2024.
The whole month rent is £1,150, all bills included.
One week security deposit is required (£270).
The apartment is fully furnished and has a modern open-plan kitchen, dishwasher, oven, freezer and fridge. Spacious living area. Toilet comes with a bathtub. You can enjoy the whole apartment by yourself.
Only 5mins walk to the tram station. Around 25 mins tram journey to city centre, Piccadilly Garden, Tk Maxx, H&M, Primemark etc.
Ideally short let for the whole period but consider 2-3 weeks short let.
Prefer single female and non-smoker. Consider couples.
