Hey, I'm Hannah. I'm 30 and work in Health & Safety in the Events Industry.
I have a furnished double bedroom available in my 16th Floor apartment with your own private bathroom. We will be sharing the open plan living room / kitchen and balcony.
I have a small Pomeranian who lives with me full time, he is very social, lots of fun and is house trained - please do not apply if you're not a dog person (we're a package deal).
The room is with bills included. There is a secure parking space available if required which does incur an additional charge. I also have Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus on my TV in the living room that you can use.
Located on the Quay, its a 5 minute walk to media city and right beside Anchorage Tram stop.
A bit about me: As much as I love my own space I'm very social and enjoy hanging out at home or going out for a few drinks and a bite to eat (even better if theres an event, gig or comedy show on). I go to the gym a few times a week and walk my dog every day. I've worked hard to make the space nice and comfortable for us to enjoy, and I keep the place clean and tidy.
