You will have your own bathroom.
Shared communal area is open living room / kitchen with built in appliances including dishwasher. Washer and dryer also available in storage cupboard.
ALL bills are included in the rent.
Shared communal areas available for the whole building: Communal working space, pool table, table tennis, roof terrace, lounge, concierge.

3 minute walk to Metrolink (Approx. 15 / 20 mins to city centre)
