I am currently looking for someone to takeover my studio flat at True Student, Salford, as I am moving back home from University for personal reasons. This accommodation is perfect for someone looking for a modern, stylish and cosy room. The building includes games rooms, laundry rooms, 24 hour on-site reception, cinema room, gym, parking (weekly charge of £40 for a space), vending machines, etc. I would love for someone to take over my studio flat to aid me in the process of moving back home. The accommodation is right next door to the beautiful media city, meaning close to an array of shops, restaurants and other sources of entertainment. The building and room itself are super clean and all bills are included in the monthly rent price. I am happy to allow the new tenant to keep certain items from my room that they may wish, for instance the rug, duvet and pillows, plates, cutlery, blankets, cushions.
