NOTE ABOUT RENT PRICING:

IF MOVING IN AFTER 15TH APRIL: .I will pay rent for April, leaving £3050 (of the tenancy/rent) to be paid for the rest of the year.

Tenancy ends in August. I am not sure how the £3050 will be spread over 4 months, as this will be contracted up by management, so monthly rent I have quoted may not be accurate. But the total for the tenancy will be £3050.
