My current flatmate is moving out in May and I’m looking for someone to take her place.
The flat is located in Media City “the greenrooms”. It’s a double bed with the main bathroom which is huge. It’s fully furnished with lots of storage. The building has a gym and two work areas. I WFH x2 days a week but I tend to go downstairs🤍
Bills PM:
Rent: 620 pp
Council tax: 98pp
Water: 17.50pp (direct debit n then any additional costs come in one lump it’s never more then £25pp for hot and cold)
Electricity: £20pp
Altogether rough estimate £755.50
Parking is available which is an additional £150 but I tend to leave my car on the street for free which is a 8min walk to the flat.
About me: I am a very clean person and I’m looking for the same. I want a flatmate that can be my friend and do things together but also enjoy their own company. I never have parties and or bring random people over so I’d expect the same from my flatmate. Message me if you’re interested ☺️🤍
