Room Available From July, £500 PCM

Two professionals living in Exchange Quay, Manchester: myself Joe (LGBT, Welsh), and my flatmate, Una (Irish).

We had another flatmate who moved over from my hometown but they have recently moved back home due to a good job opportunity, so we have a room available from July.

We're looking at an additional 6 months minimum here. Both of us are very friendly, and sociable, and will welcome making a new friend!

We're happy to go for a coffee/drink with anyone interested and see if there's a compatibility. Looking to secure someone by the end of the month, (June), as referencing etc can take a little while when signing the new terms.

For the deposit, we have split the total rent which is £1690 between 3 so £563 each.
Council tax: £76.6 pcm
Bills: >£100, water and electric.
