Double Bedroom w/private Bathroom in Media City

Double bedroom with own bathroom (not en-suite but private with shower and bath) overlooking Media City and the Salford Quays.

Great location - tram is right outside if you need to get into the centre and plenty to do around the area; restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, theatre, gym, coffee shops etc. There is always a vibe around here but flat is high enough and glass is thick enough to not be affected by noise.

I'm looking for an actual housemate here, not just someone who rents a room and sits in there with the door closed. Ideally a guy 30+ (sorry kids) who is clean, respectful but likes to socialise, chill and watch a movie or go out for a couple of beers.

Building is secure, modern and clean with a super friendly concierge team. All bills included, nice big projector on wall with usual channels. & streaming services etc.
