We’re looking for someone to fill our 3rd room in our gorgeous flat in Salford Quays (right across from Exchange Quay tram stop). Gym, co working and parcel room included!
The flat has a big balcony that overlooks the quays so we get to see some beautiful sunsets! (Kitchen pics are from before we moved in). It’s a double room, with a big wardrobe. Rent is £600/£610, council tax and bills usually come to about £100 so a really good price for this flat. You’d be sharing a bathroom with myself The tenancy starts on 21st August.
Retail park within a 5 min walk with an Aldi, M&S and Home Bargains.
About me, I’m a 24 year old girl working in Marketing at Pets at Home head office so always dog content available🐾 I work from home 3 days a week, 2 in the office.
Emily is 26 year old girl and works as a Nanny, she works one week on, one week off so will be here every other week.
We both love going to the gym, Pilates, food, wine, girly nights, the lot🤍 the usual but we’re looking for someone to come in & be our friend rather than just a flatmate. This flat has been in the friendship group for 4 years now!
