Media City room sub-let

There is a room available in a Media City flat from mid July. I am moving to London and am looking for someone to sub-let my room. You will also have your own bathroom.

The contract ends in November but there is potential to stay. Bills work out at around £180 / £200.

This a great flat is in a great location for anyone working at Media City and even works for people working in the City Centre, with the tram stop just outside the flat.

The tram takes around 20 minutes to get to Deansgate, 25 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens.

You will be sharing the flat with Alex. He’s 25, and works in sports journalism at Media City. He’s very sociable and enjoys watching and playing football, also going out for beer on the weekends.

The flat is located next to lots of restaurants, with a Co-op across the road. Supermarkets are also close by via the bus or tram. There is also a new food hall, Kargo Market, 5 minutes away, with a Vue Cinema also next door.
