Gorgeous double room available in three bed flat in Salford Quays. I am looking to move out to my own flat so looking for someone to replace my tenancy. I am very flexible with dates but ideally looking for someone to move in August time. The room is 610pm including WiFi, remaining bills (water/electric/council tax) comes to about £100 per month per person. So the room is such a steal! It comes fully furnished including a built in wardrobe.

You would be taking over my contract which ends on the 10th March 2025 (with the option to renew if you wanted to). You'd be living with two girls, both professionals and both very lovely and clean. You'll be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.

The flat itself is opposite the tram stop so amazing transport links into town and there's a mini sainsburys a couple of minutes away.
