Room with own bathroom in flat in Salford Quays

A room is available in a new build flat by Salford Quays (contract is from 11th August 2024, but the room should be available from mid-July if you prefer to move in earlier).

It will be sharing with me - I am a 35-year old working for a charity in the city centre with a lot of different interests so hopefully we have something in common. The flat is very close (10 minutes walking distance and within eyesight) to Old Trafford so it's perfect for any Manchester United fans.

I have an ensuite bathroom so whilst the other bathroom is accessed through the shared kitchen/living room, it will be yours to use alone.

Internet is included in the bills, and I also have some subscriptions I am happy to share for use in the flat such as Xbox Game Pass, YouTube premium, Netflix etc. Other bills (council tax, electricity [no gas], water, TV license) are separate - perhaps around £200 in total per month, can be more in the depth of winter, and less in the summer.

The deposit is £582.50 for each of us (the contract renews on 11th August), but as mentioned the room may be available earlier as my current flatmate is buying her own place imminently. Monthly rent from August will be £690, with July rent £645 if you move in earlier.

Access to a "residents lounge" (a co-working space) and a gym in separate buildings in the same apartment complex are included in the cost of rent as well, and there is a small Co-op supermarket within the complex as well open from 7am to 10pm every day that is hugely convenient.

Its also right next to the Quays, and the Lowry Outlet mall and White City for shopping are walking distance away, as is Kargo MKT Central Bay food court for eating out.

10 minutes on the metrolink into the city centre is convenient for going into town. Multiple tram shops are in walking distance - the very closest is Exchange Quay which is two or three minutes walk.
