Double room in the heart of Media City

I’m looking for a flatmate for my double room with private bathroom available in my new flat at High Definition. We are in the heart of Media City, minutes away from the quayside with bars & restaurants such as the Alchemist, Botanist, Wagamama’s & more. I'm looking for a flatmate who I can hopefully become friends with too.

The flat has a lovely open plan kitchen diner as well as the building offering:
- Co-working & games room
- 24hr concierge
- Residents lounge leading to a roof terrace
- Parcel storage


Media City tram stop is a couple mins walk away.
The flat has everything you need to move in, just bring your clothes! You will have access to use the TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and all Sky channels inc. Sky Sports & BT Sports! The kitchen is fully equipped including a Sage coffee machine, air fryer, Ninja 3-in-1 blender, slow cooker etc. You will have sole use of the main family bathroom with bath & waterfall shower.

A bit about me; I work as a Senior Project Manager within the Automotive industry which is a mix of WFH, in the office & travel across the UK. During the week I enjoy going to the gym, cooking and switching off with a good series or book…although I’ll never say no to a pub quiz! On the weekends I love going out for food & drinks, hosting nights in with friends, exploring new places and meeting up with my friends to watch the F1. I’d love to meet a flatmate who has a similar lifestyle to me, respects each other’s space but it also is up for a bit of fun on the weekends too. I have a 3-year-old cat called Nala who is just a tiny bundle of love and fun and adores fuss and attention.

Rent includes all bills subject to fair use. Parking isn’t available on site but a monthly pass can be purchased at the Media City car park a 2 minute walk away, which is what I do.
