Hi! We’re an Indian couple living in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Michigan Avenue, right in the heart of MediaCity. I'm looking for a female flatmate for the second bedroom, available from 13th July.

About the room and flat:

Double bedroom with your own separate private bathroom (no sharing)

Fully furnished, modern flat in a clean and quiet tower block with great views

Excellent location: Tower D, Michigan Avenue, with the MediaCityUK tram stop about 1 minute’s walk away

About us:

Married couple, Indian, late 20s, non-smokers

I work in finance; my wife is a working professional currently looking for a new role and doing some part-time work from home

We’re tidy, respectful of privacy, and value a calm, homely environment

Vegetarian household, so we’re looking for someone who is vegetarian (or happy to keep the kitchen strictly veg)

What we’re looking for:

Female flatmate, ideally a working professional

Clean, considerate, and comfortable living with a couple

Non-smoker, respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours

With bills it would come around £825 p. m.
