Hi! I’m looking for a replacement of my current flatmate so you’d be overtaking his tenancy for our corner flat on the 14th floor.

I’d love someone who would like to be friends but still can respect each others downtime and space 💕 I love meeting new people and I’d love to make a new friend and someone to have cute chats with, watch some movies and just chill!

The flat is stunning and the room comes with its own bathroom.

The room is a double room and it comes with 2 wardrobes and a bed. The bathroom is spacious with a shower/ bathtub. I’ll be in the en-suite room.

The kitchen / living room is and open space with lovely views into north of Manchester. Looks so beautiful in the night time 🥰

There are some construction works ongoing but it’s not noisy at all and it doesn’t cause any disturbances. Full height windows and modern interior. Comes with a TV as well.

My name is Sandra I’m a 26-year old Project Manager in Real Estate/ Construction. I work in the city centre and I spend most of my time in the office/ WFH or on site. I’ve got family in Poland and Northern Ireland so I travel / I’m away for the weekends quite often.

My current flatmate recently made a career move and he is moving out of Manchester so I’m looking for a female replacement as I absolutely love the flat. It is such a lovely, quiet space close to Media city and everything that you need.

The tram stop is just downstairs so you can get into the city centre very quickly ❤️

I’m very ambitious so I’m hoping to find someone likeminded who also can appreciate peace and quiet. I do like a drink or two and I love socialising but if you’re a frequent party goer/ raver or a heavy drinker we might not be compatible 😝

I love a good brunch, art, fitness and entrepreneurship! I love chilling with a glass of wine and I love girly time too. All about self care and romanticising life 💕
