Female Flatmate Wanted for flat in Media City

I’m looking for a female flatmate to share this exceptional flat with me.

Location:
The flat is located right next to Salford Quays tram station, with just a 15-minute tram to the city center. You’ll enjoy the vibrant yet calm atmosphere of MediaCityUK, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a scenic canal for walking or running.

About the Flat:
It’s a modern, new flat furnished with stylish IKEA furniture. The view from the living room is stunning—you’ll get a full view of the canal, and the natural light is amazing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

The room comes with a balcony and a large chest of drawers. While it’s a standard guest room, it might not have space for a desk, but you could potentially set up a desk in the living room if needed.

Rent & Bills:
Rent is £580, with council tax at £64 per person/month. Including all bills, you can expect to pay around £720-£750, depending on the season and how we manage usage.

Availability:
It's available now. so ideally I am looking for someone who can rent with me this month around Sep 20th. but can also be flexible.

Contract Details:
The landlord doesn’t accept a 6-month contract, and unfortunately, if you’re a student, you’d be required to pay upfront for six months. So this is ideally suited for working professionals who prefer not to pay upfront.
